Our fantastic entertainers can provide a hassle free party with amazing magic to a fun filled disco package where the children are guaranteed to be completely entertained from start to finish, allowing you to relax and to be congratulated on hosting such a great party. Of course with our brilliant entertainers doing so many different shows and parties for children, they have some amazing stories to tell. Below is a story that one of our entertainers Stephen told us about and because it is so heart-warming, we wanted to share it with you too....

I do volunteer work at the children's hospital from time to time for McDonald house. I always loved meeting the children and being able to put on a little show for them but there was one particular day that will forever be in my mind. I was doing one of my shows for the children like usual but I noticed a few of the children were still in the ward and hadn't come out to watch the show. One of the nurses came over whilst I was having a small break from the show and mentioned that a few kids were too poorly to come out to watch the party I was doing. This is always a horrible thing to hear. The nurse asked if after the show if I'd kindly go over and perform for the kids in the ward, of course I had no problem with this.

So I performed for a few children in the ward, and then I went into one room where a 4 year old girl was being looked after. As soon I walked in I noticed how poorly she looked so I just wanted to put on a good show for her to cheer her up. I started speaking to the Mother of the girl and I introduced myself and she explained that her daughter had just awoken a week earlier from a coma after being by a car. This of course was horrific to hear that the girl had to go through something like that, especially at such a young age. Having kids myself it makes you feel so grateful that your kids are fit and healthy because it was hard to even imagine what the Mom was going through at the time.

The young girl had not been overly responsive since she woke, so the Mom was unsure if her daughter would be able to enjoy my performance but of course there was no harm in trying. So I started to make her an Elsa balloon and whilst doing it I was being silly with the balloons and 1 popped and she looked up at me and smiled. I looked over to the Mother and she just began crying, so I went over to make sure she was okay and she explained to me that this was the first time her daughter had smiled since waking up. I felt so privileged to be involved in such an amazing moment for this girl's family. I still get goose bumps when I think about that day and it is honestly the best reaction I've ever had whilst performing and is memory that I will remember for the rest of my life.
