Our amazing office team speaks to hundreds of parents every single week about providing a children's entertainer to their kid's birthday party. More often than that we have clients who speak to our central office and then say they want to have a think about their booking before they go ahead and secure it. That's fine, but one thing we need to emphasize very clearly is we cannot do provisional bookings.
Why We Avoid Provisional Bookings | Non-Stop Kids Children's Entertainment
What do we mean by this? Our booking diary is live. We don't do provisional bookings because it isn't fair on our entertainers. Let's say we have an entertainer named John and we provided provisional party bookings for him on the weekend. But because the client changed their mind and decided they didn't want to go ahead with their party. John doesn't have any parties to do on the weekend then. That isn't fair on John. He loves performing for kids and won't be able to do what he does best.
You can understand why we don't do provisional parties. Our diary is always live. Just because a booking slot was available when you first booked in, that doesn't mean it will be by the time you call in again. We have a very strong passion for providing amazing children's entertainment, but we also care about our entertainers and making sure they get enough parties.
What If I'm Not Sure About My Booking?
We understand that you might be 50-50 on when to book your child's birthday. The best thing you can do is get your booking secured with us and if you need to alter any details afterwards (e.g, party location, date & time, etc.) you can simply call us and we'll happily move your booking to any date within the next 12 months without additional payment. Everyone's a winner that way. Just get your party secured and leave the rest to us.
