As the market leaders in kids entertainment we need to make sure that we are giving our clients some sort of safety net if they decide to reschedule a booking with us during this challenging time. If you’ve kept up with the news, you will know the Coronavirus is spreading across all of Europe and that includes the UK.
As the largest children’s entertainment company in the UK we are taking this very seriously. It is very important to us to take action and help both our customers and entertainers to ensure everyone will remain safe during this outbreak. Nevertheless, we have received calls from parents who want to know what will happen with their booking during the Corona Virus. We have made the decision that all customers will be able to reschedule their party.

At Non Stop Kids we deeply value all of our customers and we always go above and beyond to make sure they’re experience with us is an amazing one! We don’t just book in customers and then speak to them again on the day of their party. We have a strong customer journey and keep in touch with all of clients from the day of the booking to all the way of the day of their children’s birthday.
We want our customers to book with us and have peace of mind. We do not want customers worrying that they will lose our financially if their party does not go ahead because of the outbreak. Any customer can reschedule their party with us to any date in the next 12 months with no penalty. All you have to do is give us a call or drop us an email and we will reschedule it for you.
On top of that anyone who does reschedule is getting a custom video sent to them which they can show their children. It’s a video that explains we won’t be at their party but we will be there soon. We explain that they are going to be like The Queen and will get two birthday parties this year. We even perform a magic trick just for them. The reason for this is because we understand it will be difficult to explain to your child their party has been cancelled. So instead we want to be the people to do it and at the same time put a positive spin on the situation.
Remember you can book with us in confidence. If the worst happens and you need to reschedule that is absolutely fine.
