Having A Smaller Party For Your Kid's Birthday | Kid's Birthday Party Ideas 2023

Updated: Jul 27, 2023

Non-Stop Kids have performed at many different parties. Our entertainers have performed for a range of kids, from groups of up to 40 to as little as 5. We've spoken to many parents and we often ask if it is okay for us to perform at a smaller party. The answer is yes! We're more than happy to perform at any type of party, regardless of how many children have participated. Sometimes we perform up to over a 100 kids!

Intimate Celebrations | Kid's Birthday Party Ideas for Hosting a Memorable Smaller Party in 2023

We have spoken to parents who have informed us prior that they only want their party to be small and that's completely understandable. Sometimes having a smaller party is better than having a large party. In today's blog we talk about the benefits to having a smaller party for your kid's birthday.

Less Pressure For Your Child!

Children are naturally happy and full of energy but there are several children who are quite shy and don't want to be the centre of attention, even on their birthday. Having a smaller party helps take the pressure off of your children. They will feel more comfortable and enjoy the experience with those they know best. Just because the party is smaller that doesn't mean it will be less popular or less exciting for your child.

Easier To Invite Guests!

If you are planning on having a smaller party then of course that will mean less guests for you to invite. Because you are hosting the smaller party in your home instead of a venue the guests will already know where the location is and you won't have to worry about making sure everyone finds their way safely. Because there are also lesser guests you won't have to send out as many RSVP invitations as you would for a normal party.

With a smaller party you will be saving yourself a considerate amount of money. You don't need to hire out a venue for a small party and won't have to overdo party accessories. Even better, you don't need to fork out on a buffet and can opt for snack boxes instead. This will save money, allow you to distribute food easily and you can fit diet requirements for specific people!

Enjoy A Smaller Party!

There is nothing wrong with having a smaller party at all! As the old saying goes, "less is more." If your child is quite shy and doesn't want to feel overwhelmed, having a small party at home is definitely the way to go. Your kids will feel more comfortable in familiar territory while they still get to have an amazing birthday party!
