At Non-Stop Kids Entertainment we have spoken to many parents who are asking us if they can book a children's entertainer for their kid's birthday indoors. The answer is yes! In today's blog we talk about what you-the parent-can expect when hiring a children's entertainer for your venue in 2020.


An Amazing Interactive Experience!


When you hire a children's entertainer for your kid's party you want to make sure they have an amazing experience and have a full interactive experience. One of the questions we are frequently asked is, "How do you manage a kid's party for 2 hours?" We recently published a blog to answer this question but the short answer is our entertainers engage with all the kids and give them an amazing party experience they love! From the beginning of the party all the way to the end, all of the kids engaged with our award winning show. Often described as a mini pantomime, our entertainers perform an interactive show for all the kids and we even get the birthday child to help with a special trick. Despite social distancing rules, we still guarantee an amazing interactive experience!


Your Entertainer Has Taken All Risk Assessments!


The most important thing to remember is check that your entertainer is fully aware and up to date with all the Government Guidelines. At Non-Stop Kids Entertainment we are up to date with all changes to the rules & guidelines. All of our entertainers are monitored, take all the risk assessments and sanitises their equipment before & after every party they attend. When you book a party with us you get a full PDF risk assessment that details what we are doing about COVID-19 and how we have taken all the necessary precautions for your children's party.


We speak to other venues frequently about the guidelines to help them with some inquiries. They can speak to us as well if they need copies of our risk assessment and more. We can supply them with everything. Likewise, if your venue is unsure of what is happening, our team in head office are keeping up to date on day by day basis. We're more than happy to speak to your venue on your behalf without a problem.


Keeping In Touch Until The Party Date!


Have you ever heard of the customer journey? Simply put, it's the journey that the customer goes on from the first enquiry through to booking the party, delivery of said party and much more. It's everything that that happens to you - the customer - while you are waiting for your party to be delivered. A lot of children's entertainers don't have a customer journey. They will book you in and the next time you hear from them is the day of the party.


At Non-Stop Kids Entertainment we take our customer journey very seriously. From the moment someone enquiries, we keep in touch with the customer all the way through. When a client is booked in, we keep in regular contact right up the party date. We send emails 1 month before the party, 2 weeks before, 1 week before and again 1 day before the party. A few days before the party our entertainers contact the parents to introduce themselves and explain how the party is going to run. On the day of the party, we send a custom email to the birthday child, as well as a birthday card a few days beforehand. And all of this doesn’t take into account the song request forms and FAQ emails that are sent out to the client. We are on hand right up until the day of the party, so that any problems and questions are addressed quickly.


Keeping in touch really does help put the client's mind at ease and they won't have to worry about their entertainer potentially not arriving. At NSK we have never, not once let a client down. All of our entertainers are amazing and give it 110% at everyone of their parties. If for any reason one of our entertainers cannot make it, we immediately accommodate another entertainer to take their place without changing your booking date. With your entertainer make sure they keep in reguluar contact with you and are flexible.
