Everyone is thrilled we have normality returning and we're no longer restricted by where we can go or who we can interact with. While the Government is still encouraging face masks and unnecessary travel, nothing is enforced anymore.
Preparing for Potential Lockdowns: Children's Entertainment Contingency Plan
Recently within our central office, a handful of parents are calling in and raising concerns about hiring their children's entertainment in fear of lockdown restrictions coming back into place. As everyone knows, venues and other non-essential businesses were forced to close down. It's understandable to be concerned after everything we've experienced, but we're here to help put your worries at ease by discussing contingency plans.
Nothing Is Definitive
We want to first emphasize very clearly that there are currently no plans for any lockdown restrictions to come back in place. Even if the media are claiming as such, unless the Government confirms it, do not immediately jump to conclusions based on a random article on the web. There is nothing to suggest any form of restrictions are coming back into play. Everything we're going to talk about today is simply planning the worse case scenario.
Changing Your Package
If lockdown restrictions do come back, we can easily convert your original booking with us to a virtual party. We introduced our Virtual Package during the first lockdown in March 2020. There is just as much interaction as a live party with unique advantages along the way. This means you don't have to stress over postponing your child's party entertainment. Virtual parties are safe, very easy to set up and easily the next best option.
Rescheduling Your Date & Time
Because we may not know how long any new restrictions will last, we are allowing customers to move their booking with us to any date within the next 12 months. We take hundreds of bookings every single week, sometimes even into the next year. We can easily move your original booking with us without additional charge. It's better than cancelling all together as you will still have your booking with us. Likewise, if your venue has to cancel because of restrictions, just call us up and tell us where the new party location will be.
