How To Transform Your Home For A Garden Party | Garden Parties Entertainment

Updated: Aug 10, 2023

The weather has been beautiful for the past couple of weeks. With summer just on the horizon, now is the perfect time to be celebrating outdoors. Non-Stop Kids are thrilled to be providing garden parties once again. Parents are eager to celebrate their children's birthday party outside. Who can blame them?

Turning Your Home into a Garden Party Wonderland | Entertainment for Garden Celebrations

We speak to hundreds of parents every single day regarding a garden party. One of the biggest questions we get asked is what do the parents need to provide for their entertainment when they book our Garden Package. We're going to break down everything you need to transfer your home for an outdoor party. It's far easier than expected.

Outdoor Space!

You can't have an outdoor party if there's no garden space to go with it. Ideally your garden should be large enough that different households can maintain a small distance between each other just to make sure the Government Guidelines are followed. This also includes space for your entertainer to set up everything as well. But you don't have to worry too much because in two weeks, all the restrictions are set to be removed permanently.

Set Up A Shaded Area!

We all love to bask in the sunshine, but there comes a point where it becomes too intolerable for everyone to endure much longer. That's why you should set up plenty of shaded areas. This gives everyone the option to move under some cover if they feel the hit is becoming too much for them. Likewise, in the unexpected event that a rain storm suddenly hits us (let's be honest, this is the UK), the shaded areas will allow everyone to retreat under. If the rain is simply a light drizzle, all you need to do is wait it out and resume partying!

Tables For Prize Collections!

Our entertainer will be providing plenty of balloons, prizes and sweets for all of the children. Instead of handing them out like our usual parties, we can use the tables as a collection point for the kids instead. This allows everyone to come and collect their own and reduce any need for fact to fact contact. As we mentioned before, the restrictions hopefully won't be around much longer. Hang in there a little more and we'll all be smiling!

Provide Plenty Of Water!

It's always important to have plenty of refreshments for your guests, especially in the warm weather. Always have lots of water on standby to keep everyone hydrated and happy. If you are planning to have food at your garden party, arrange individual snack boxes for everyone instead of going with a buffet. It's safer, less messy and much cheaper as well. It's always a great way to accommodate everyone's dietary requirements.

Have A Great Party!
