Just like a live birthday, there will be lots of preparation to consider. Not to worry because Non-Stop Kids Entertainment are here to provide all your entertainment needs. We're going to break down and go through everything you need to know and share some amazing garden party ideas with you.
Adheres To Government Guidelines!
The number one thing to remember about our Garden Package is it follows all the Government Guidelines that have been set in place. At the time of this blog we are now within June 2021. We are allowed to have up to 30 people attending your garden party while maintaining the two meter distancing rule. This also includes your entertainer as well. You could have 25 kids, 4 adults and 1 entertainer. As long as you're not exceeding the limit, you're good to go! We have taken every precaution possible to place ourselves as a COVID Secure company. We keep up to date with all the news as well as keep a close eye on all of our entertainers. Rest assured we will do nothing to jeopardise your safety.
Decorate Your Garden!
As your garden is going to be the main atmosphere of our party, we highly recommend decorating your outdoor space to your heart's desire. Find out something your child is really into and decorate your garden around that idea. If you have ever checked out our case study about the first ever garden party we provided in lockdown, our entertainer Emily attended a superhero themed party that was furnished with superhero decorations. She even arrived dressed as our very own superhero called Captain Magic. Adding a theme really goes that extra mile to make your children's amazing day more special. Shelter For The Weather!
It's always good to prepare for the weather. In the UK you can never quite predict what the weather is going to be. It could be a bright sunny day one day and then a light rain shower the next day. No matter the weather, always be prepared. There are lots of options out there for you to provide plenty of shelter. There's gazebos, parasols and many more ideas. We have another blog that talks more specifically about this topic.
Food & Drink!
It wouldn't be a party without food & drink. In the warm weather, it's important that everyone has plenty of water to stay hydrated. Now you might be considering going with a traditional buffet, but we highly recommend avoiding this option. Buffets are very hands on and the last thing we want to do is potentially make anyone unwell. They're also expensive and half of the food ends up getting thrown away which is such a shame. Instead go with snack boxes to hand out to each child individually. Snack boxes can be filled with pre-packed sandwiches, snack bars, fruit slices and bottled drinks, all of which are divided and wrapped individually. It's a much better option. You can accommodate specific children's dietary requirements, save lots of money and have less mess to clean up. Everyone's a winner!
